E.T.

Look we spotted E.T. in our backyard. Well not really but that's what Dayne said. We were sitting out by the fire pit the other night and the girls put this pink hooded sweatshirt on DJ. I didn't think nothing of it and as he walked away Dayne laughed hysterically and yelled look it's E.T. I instantly thought of my sister in law Lisa. We thought she would get a kick out of this. Everytime we get with Lisa we laugh about movies to the point we can't stop and our stomachs hurt. It's so funny. It really does look like E.T. What do you think?

1ST DAY OF SCHOOL 8-31-09

Well today was the first day of school for my little girls! Look how much they love each other.

Madisyn is a drama queen and wants to pick out her on clothes so thank goodness we did that the night before. It must have taken Alexis about 5 minutes to pick out her outfit and Maddy took about an hour. No joking

I cried like a baby when my girls got on the bus. My little angels are growing up to fast.

VIRGINIA BEACH

James and Sherry got a kick out of this picture. Alexis said she could get the girls ice cream and this is what it looked like when they got back to the table LOL. James said Alexis shouldn't work at a dairy queen any time soon!!

This is a picture of Alexis out in the ocean if you look right behind her you will see a dolphin fin. I didn't notice that dolphin in the picture until I loaded the pictures onto my computer. How cool is that? She was very excited when I showed her. We saw dolphins almost everyday we were there.

This is when we were packing up James told all the kids to get on the cart and he ran them up and down the hallway. We had such a great time can't wait to enjoy another vacation together!!!

4TH OF JULY

We went to Tom and Lisa's for the 4Th. Here are a few pictures. Uncle Len arrived late as usual. Maddy decided she wanted a piggy back ride or from what it looks like in the picture she wanted to choke Uncle Len for a little bit. Dayne and the Codeman relaxing on the porch.
Lexie and Lori...check out their pins. The project of the week for Jordan and Alexis was to make "The Ladies" flag pins. They were so cute!! I give them an A+

Tom was our chef for the day all he was missing was a kiss the cook apron. The food was great!So this is why my husband is not a cook. Tom walks away from the grill for a few minutes and comes back only to see Jr standing there with flames coming out of the grill. No fire extinguisher needed here Tom put the flame out all by himself.

After we ate all the kids went to the back yard for some play time even the 2 big kids that torture the little ones.

Aah Life is so hard torturing little kids. I think I'll just relax here for awhile or at least until my big brother and the kids come and knock me over. I think I actually caught Cody in the act. Yup that's Cody there trying to knock him over.

12 YEAR ANNIVERSARY

Sunday was our 12 year Wedding Anniversary. We have been together since June 28, 1992 and got married June 28, 1997. I am so Thankful to have such a wonderful Husband!!

MADDY'S TROPHY/ SOFTBALL PICNIC

Madisyn got her trophy at the softball picnic this past Sunday June 28. Look how cute these little girls are. It is so fun to watch them play.
All the girls on the team call DJ baby DJ. The picture below is the team with all the coaches.

So at the picnic they had water balloon tosses and of course the 2 big boys had to get involved. Here is Dayne and Brandon (Alexis' BF Sage's Dad) being a couple goof balls!!!

Dayne is the assistant coach for Maddy's T-Ball team and they decided they wanted to pelt him with water balloons. LOL
