HEAD START

Madisyn has been on a waiting list since last year to go to Head Start. I finally got the call the other day that she can start. Madisyn was so excited! I took Maddy to the school one day just to look around, meet the kids and the teachers. The kids were all sitting on the floor and the teacher said they had 2 minutes to talk to anyone about how their weekend or whatever was and when she set that timer Madisyn had every boy in the class in front of her. She looked at me for help but I couldn't help her. These little boys were actually hitting each other and yelling that they wanted to talk to Madisyn. The teacher ended up telling the boys that they all didn't need to talk to Madisyn at once. Dayne was not happy to hear that all of the boys were fighting over Madisyn. I think his exact words to her when she told him was "aaah Maddy Girl Daddy really don't want to hear about all these boys" LOL. I thought it was hilarious.

SUPER BOWL SUNDAY

Today we started out going to breakfast at Eat n Park. There weren't a lot of people there but the ones that were had there Steeler gear on. We had to go to the funeral home this afternoon for Dayne's cousin Ronnie. Here is a picture of my men looking as handsome as ever. We went home from the Funeral home changed back into our Steeler gear then headed out to James and Sherry's. Below there are a couple pictures of Dayne going into Sheetz with his black and gold Steeler wig. People kept pointing and laughing at him. Alexis didn't think this was funny at all she was worried that someone she knew would see her crazy Dad. LOL Madisyn and I on the other had thought it was hilarious!!!!!!

Madisyn's tooth again

On Monday 1-19 Madisyn lost yet another tooth. This time it was on the top. I told her either the tooth fairy is going to go broke or someone is going to think I keep knocking her teeth out. She looked at me started laughing and said but Mommy this one on the bottom is loose to. Sure enough I checked and she will be losing another one soon. She looks so funny without that tooth. Dayne and I can't help but laugh every time she smiles at us. She is still cute as a button though.

Tonka Truck

Here is DJ with his tonka trunk. He's had it for awhile but really hasn't played with it. Now he's starting to play with it more.
I guess he thought it would be something nice to sit in and take a break.

SLEEPOVER

Alexis' friend Sage spent the night last Saturday. They all 3 played so well together. Saturday night we got the Shrinky Dink machine out and the girls had a really good time. They decided they wanted to sleep on the sleeper sofa in the living room which was probably a good idea since they didn't go to sleep until after 1 in the morning. Dayne's one rule was not to leave the TV on all night. Let's just say it was a good thing I woke up first. LOL The first thing the girls did was play the Wii I think it was about 8:30 in the morning and no it wasn't snowing here at that time. The picture below was taken about noon and the girls were so excited because it was snowing so much. Here are a couple pictures of the girls playing.

Snow Day

So Alexis kept checking all night to see if she had a 2 hour delay. I put them to bed at 9 and by 9:10 she was downstairs yelling that she had a delay. This morning she was hoping for a cancellation but no luck. I told them they could go out and play for awhile then they came in for some hot chocolate. Here are my little snow bunnies now.
