T-BALL

Today Madisyn had her first T-Ball practice. Here she is sitting on the bench patiently waiting for Coach Smouse to arrive. No matter what Maddy does she has to pose.

PAINTBALL

Yesterday Dayne, Alexis and CJ went to play paintball with a group of friends. Here they are with there camo on. My little girl looks like a boy. Dayne has turned her into such a tomboy. She loves to play paintball with her Dad she says it's fun because it is Daddy and Alexis time. I think it's great! Not only is she a tomboy but she will always be Daddy's little girl.

These too had a really good time. Alexis told me that she got shot in the butt and Pidge was the one that shot her. CJ said he shot 3 people in each game he was in. As for Dayne well he came home with a couple bruises on his head from being shot and today he is sore.

A TASTE OF SPRING

This weekend was finally nice enough for everyone to get outside for a while and enjoy themselves. The kids needed to run off some of that energy they built up over the winter. Dayne and I well we just needed to relax out on the swing. DJ loves his tonka trucks. He found a shovel and some dirt that kept him busy for awhile.
Alexis loves riding her bike around the block. I told her she wasn't allowed but her Dad said I am over protective and I need to let her go. If I don't see her for awhile I am over at the alley looking for her. She don't like me checking on her she said she is a big girl and she is fine. Now she also tells me I'm over protective.

Dayne took the opportunity to clean the cars.

DJ and Madisyn decided to play soccer for a little bit then drew on the sidewalk with chalk.

DJ helped Daddy with the car. No this isn't trash from my car it is cans that Dayne brought home from work. We save our cans and turn them in right before vacation. The money we get pays for gas.

Alexis finally figured out that she can jump rope and now we can't get her to stop. Thank God she got to jump outside today because I think if she keeps doing it in her room my ceiling is going to fall in.

CHUCK E. CHEESE

DJ SLEEPING

A couple days ago we had company and it was around our dinner time. We didn't want to eat in front of our guests and we didn't have enough for everyone so we put off eating dinner until after they left. They didn't leave until around 6:30. DJ was tired because he hadn't had a nap so what happens when you are feeding a little boy that is very tired??? You guessed it he sits in his highchair and falls asleep with spaghetti sauce all over his face. Perfect time for Mommy to take a picture.

HEAD START

Madisyn has been on a waiting list since last year to go to Head Start. I finally got the call the other day that she can start. Madisyn was so excited! I took Maddy to the school one day just to look around, meet the kids and the teachers. The kids were all sitting on the floor and the teacher said they had 2 minutes to talk to anyone about how their weekend or whatever was and when she set that timer Madisyn had every boy in the class in front of her. She looked at me for help but I couldn't help her. These little boys were actually hitting each other and yelling that they wanted to talk to Madisyn. The teacher ended up telling the boys that they all didn't need to talk to Madisyn at once. Dayne was not happy to hear that all of the boys were fighting over Madisyn. I think his exact words to her when she told him was "aaah Maddy Girl Daddy really don't want to hear about all these boys" LOL. I thought it was hilarious.

SUPER BOWL SUNDAY

Today we started out going to breakfast at Eat n Park. There weren't a lot of people there but the ones that were had there Steeler gear on. We had to go to the funeral home this afternoon for Dayne's cousin Ronnie. Here is a picture of my men looking as handsome as ever. We went home from the Funeral home changed back into our Steeler gear then headed out to James and Sherry's. Below there are a couple pictures of Dayne going into Sheetz with his black and gold Steeler wig. People kept pointing and laughing at him. Alexis didn't think this was funny at all she was worried that someone she knew would see her crazy Dad. LOL Madisyn and I on the other had thought it was hilarious!!!!!!
