My Trick or Treaters. Maddy was an 80's rocker Alexis was Raggedy Ann and DJ wanted to be the Incredible Hulk for the second year in a row. He liked this costume because he told Daddy that he had bigger muscles than he did LOL.

Hello everyone, As you can see I haven't been blogging for a long time. I stopped blogging because the site was down for awhile. It seemed like everytime I checked the site was down so I stopped checking. I was very surprised yesterday when I checked the site and it was back up. Hopefully I can get time to continue this blog. With 3 kids all being in sports and other after school activities it can be very hectic at times but due to it being winter now I am hoping to get caught up. FAMILY FUN DAY

With all the snow we have had everyone has been cooped up in the house. Dayne and I decided we all needed to get out for a bit. We came up with taking the kids bowling and to Texas Roadhouse for dinner. I love Texas Roadhouse!! Look at the sibling love!!
Way to go Maddy get the other 2 pins for a spare! I think that Madisyn won every game they played that day.

Mommy helping DJ roll the ball down the lane. He wanted to throw the ball like his sisters. I don't know how many times the man had to get the ball from the middle of the lane because DJ wouldn't let me help him. LOL

SNOW STORM FEB 2010

The girls had a week off of school because of the snow storm. They couldn't believe how much snow we got. Here are some pictures of the kids playing in the snow.Anymore snow and we won't be able to see Madisyn and DJ.

Why is it that the big kids always need to tackle the little ones in the snow?

They really love when Daddy plays in the snow with them. They sort of put a target on their backs when Daddy got home from work one day and they had a slew of snowballs waiting on him! As soon as he got out of the vehicle they bombed him. LOL Way to go kids!

SESAME STREET LIVE

Madisyn and I went with my brother Sam and his family to see Sesame Street Live on January 16 at the Mellon Arena in Pittsburgh. We had a really good time!!! Maddy thought the show was great! This is a picture of what the stage looked like

SOMMUR

Last weekend we got to meet our Niece Sommur. We haven't seen her since she was a baby.Here she is with the kids. They think she's awesome!!!
Here is a picture of her with Uncle Dayne. He was so nervous to meet her. Sommur is such a sweetheart!!

TRICK OR TREAT

Here they are my 3 little monsters.Alexis was a paintball girl, DJ was Thomas, and Madisyn was Snow White.
Lexie wanted me to let her carry around a paintball gun. She was a little upset that I wouldn't let her but this is the same girl that asked if she could pelt some older kids with candy that she thought were too big to trick or treat.

PUMPKIN CARVING

My sister Vickie and her kids came over last weekend and we carved pumpkins. It was a lot of fun.DJ thought pumpkin carving was great he loved running his trucks through all the seeds and stuff from the inside.

TASTE OF THE STEELERS EVENT

I went to a Charity event at Heinz field with a some friends from work a couple Saturday's ago. There were a lot of the past Steelers there and did I mention all 6 Super Bowl Trophies

TRIPLE B FARM

Today I chaperoned Madisyn's Kindergarten field trip to Triple B Farm. I was in charge of watching these 5 girls. From left to right we have Abby, Alayna, Kami, Bailey and Madisyn. The first thing we got to do was play on the play area. You had to go into a red barn up the steps and come down the slide.
Next we went for a ride down the Liberty Tube.

Then it was back up the hill for a ride down the Squirrel Hill Tunnel.

Then it was off to see all the Pumkin head characters. Can you guess which one's they are?

Then it was off to the pumpkin patch to pick our very own pumpkin!!

We did manage to get the class together for a group picture.

It was a great day we had a lot of fun!!!

Mercedes Homecoming Dance

My niece Mercedes and her boyfriend Terry went to Norwin's Homecoming Dance on Saturday 9-26-2009. My sister unfortunately had to work so Mercedes asked me to take her to get her hair, makeup and nails done. It was exciting!!
With all the rain on Saturday by the time we got her hair done and got her dressed mostly all the curls in her hair came out. Here she is with her mom. She looked beautiful!

Fall Festival Parade

The girls were in the Scottdale Fall Festival Parade for softball. Madisyn is the first one on the right with the purple shirt on.

MADISYN'S 6TH BIRTHDAY

HAPPY 6TH BIRTHDAY MADISYN!!!!!!!! I can't believe that my baby girl just turned 6. I had to work yesterday and when I got home this is what I saw. LOL This crown was given to Madisyn by her Kindergarten teacher Mrs. Zimmerman. Her teacher wrote Madisyn is 6 today on the crown. Since it was her Birthday she had to walk around school all day with this crown on and she was the head honcho. She thought that it was great that she got to be the line leader, pass out papers, turn off the lights when they left the room, pass out the treats she took in for her classmates, and she thought it was so cool that her classmates and teacher sang Happy Birthday to her.

E.T.

Look we spotted E.T. in our backyard. Well not really but that's what Dayne said. We were sitting out by the fire pit the other night and the girls put this pink hooded sweatshirt on DJ. I didn't think nothing of it and as he walked away Dayne laughed hysterically and yelled look it's E.T. I instantly thought of my sister in law Lisa. We thought she would get a kick out of this. Everytime we get with Lisa we laugh about movies to the point we can't stop and our stomachs hurt. It's so funny. It really does look like E.T. What do you think?

1ST DAY OF SCHOOL 8-31-09

Well today was the first day of school for my little girls! Look how much they love each other.

Madisyn is a drama queen and wants to pick out her on clothes so thank goodness we did that the night before. It must have taken Alexis about 5 minutes to pick out her outfit and Maddy took about an hour. No joking

I cried like a baby when my girls got on the bus. My little angels are growing up to fast.
